Very knowledgeable and efficient. Quickly responds to calls and texts regarding any questions or concerns. Scott and his team make the whole process sail....like a ship on a smooth wind driven course. I have dealt with Scott prior and so has my daughter and son n law. He is greatly admired. The crew is quite remarkable

Scott told me exactly what needed to be done to the home in order to get the best attention and a great offer. I’m happy with the quick results and the easy process. This is the second time I’ve used Scott Coldwell...and I’m sure I will again in the future!

I actually picked Scott at random while looking for homes in Marion County. I wanted to just deal with one agent. From the moment I met him I knew I had made a great choice. Our schedule was challenging because we were coming from out of state and many times it was Holiday weekends. He was always accommodating and patient with our requests. He gave us lots of properties to choose from and ultimately he found us the perfect home that seemed to be custom made just for us. Even down to the closing things went smoother than any other home I have purchased and there have been many. I would recommend Scott to anyone looking for a pleasant and rewarding home buying experience.

Our experience with Scott was an excellent one. During a very turbulent real estate market he was able to sell our home and get us the best deal possible, given the economic times. We depended on him greatly as we lived out of state during the time of the sale and he did a fantastic job of keeping us informed and updated so that we felt part of the process. He listened to our ideas, yet gave us professional advice to follow. Even since the sale of the property, he has remained a great source of information and has gone above and beyond with a few issues where we have solicited his help and experience. We are thankful for his real estate knowledge and the help he provided to our family. We recommend Scott without reservation

My husband & I couldn’t possibly have been more impressed by Scott & his team. Everything from beginning to end was timely, efficient & with the utmost professionalism. He simultaneously helped us both sell our current home as well as purchase our new one & manage to have us close on the same day for both. His assistant is an absolute dream to work with as well. Even on weekends she was always willing to answer questions or assist in any way possible. It’s difficult to find one person who is great at their job let alone an entire team, but these guys make it look easy. If you’re looking for someone to help you buy, sell or both then you can stop looking here!

Scott sold my house in 3 months when the market was at its worse. I also bought my new home from Scott two years later. Scott and his team listen and are very friendly. I provided a list of things I wanted in my new home and all the homes he showed me had everything I was looking for. He also showed the negative aspects of the home.

Scott and his team were very professional and thorough in the selling of our home in Ocala, FL. Scott was always available when we had questions and was there to help through the first listing appointment until the closing of the home.

Scott did an outstanding job assisting my wife and I during our relocation to Ocala. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable of Ocala and the surrounding areas. He worked with my tight schedule and located several properties that fit our criteria. Once we selected a home, Scott answered all my questions and helped get us through the closing. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I have recommended Scott to all my coworkers at Lockheed Martin.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Scott listed our house one weekend and the house was sold the same weekend. He has great exposure to the market and his experience and professionalism was what stood out to us. Everyone on his team who contacted us were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Any of our future real estate affairs will be handled by Scott and his team! Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend The Coldwell Team. Was working with another realtor before and couldn’t find a home. When I started working with Scott’s team, they immediately started showing me houses that were not even on the market. Scott’s team had full access to them. It’s like they have a list of homes that are exclusively for the buyers working with them. Not only did he get the sellers to pay all of my closing cost, he got me into a home for less than $2500 down. Wow. No wonder they are one of the top teams in town. Thanks Scott and your entire team.
